Practice Manager

As a practice manager, you’ll play a key role in positive patient experiences by managing customer service, front desk staff, and day-to-day activities at the site level.

• Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff
• Manages daily site huddle and daily patient flow
• Manages the operations performance metrics for the site
• Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day
• Collaborates across the site to provide a consistent experience for patients and staff
• Develops team in the implementation of new workflows and holds staff accountable to policies, procedures and workflows

You will primarily float to our various Neighborhood locations as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience preferred

Compensation: $79,000 - 83,000 based on a full-time, 40 hour work week

Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
