Overview
Responsible for coordinating the implementation and integration of the site and system's quality improvement activities for selected site and system-wide projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement quality improvement activities for selected site and system-wide projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance quality, performance improvement, and patient safety goals.
- Support regulatory compliance and process improvement efforts.
- Education:
BS in Nursing or other healthcare related field required. - Licensure:
Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist or other healthcare professional licensure preferred. - Certifications:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred. - Experience:
5 years of clinical work experience in a healthcare environment required. - 3 years of experience in quality improvement, process improvement, regulatory compliance preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, IHI or other recognized quality/process improvement methodologies preferred.
