• Crisis Differential – Earn up to $2,500 annually.
• Shift Differential – $1.00/hour for shifts from 4PM-12AM, $1.50/hour for shifts from 12AM-8AM.

Exempt.

• Provides initial and ongoing assessments of clients, including client history, evaluation of problems, and formulation of diagnosis.
• Develops initial and ongoing treatment plans which describe the goals of treatment and the methods to be used.
• Provides integrated individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assist clients in achieving the goals of treatment.
• Provides appropriate treatment response to clients and their families, including implementation of evidence-based treatment models.
• Assists clients with links to appropriate internal BBH supports/services & external community resources to enhance treatment and recovery.
• With appropriate releases of information, communicates with others in client service systems to coordinate care. Such contact may include, but not limited to, primary care physicians, insurance companies and other service providers involved in the care of clients.
• Conducts risk assessment and formulates Safety Plans.
• Provides appropriate case management, including work with Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS), schools, probation, Primary Care Providers (PCP), mental health court, criminal justice system and any other applicable external agencies.
• Responds and directs care appropriately for clients in crisis.
• Utilizes a harm reduction model in treatment.
• Performs (or coordinates) toxicology screenings as clinically appropriate.
• Provides Social Skills Training, Substance Abuse Treatment, Behavioral Activation, Coping Skills Training, and Psycho-education.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities with other team members.
• Meets agency Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintains client confidentiality at all times following all agency and HIPPA policies.
• Completes all trainings required by the agency.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or CASAC-T/CASAC-P required.
• Professional licensure: LMSW, LMFT, MHC-P, CASAC, CRC, LMHC, LCSW preferred.
• 2 years of experience working with children & families is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of intervention techniques, including motivational enhancement; common mental disabilities, chemical dependency interventions and resources.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be familiar with community resources to be able to appropriately link clients.
• Minimum proficiency with Windows based software applications is required.
• Must have experience with Electronic Medical Records databases and basic computer skills.

Determined based on education, level of licensure/certification, and experience. Increases given when new licensure is obtained.

• 35 hours per week: $43,500-$51,986.53 per year or $23.91-$28.57 per hour.
• 37.5 hours per week: $46,607.14-$55,699.85 per year or $23.91-$28.57 per hour.
• 40 hours per week: $49,714.28-$59,413.17 per year or $23.91-$28.57 per hour.

• 35 hours per week: $45,500-$57,961.99 per year or $25-$31.85 per hour.
• 37.5 hours per week: $48,750-$62,102.13 per year or $25-$31.85 per hour.
• 40 hours per week: $52,000-$66,242.27 per year or $25-$31.85 per hour.
