Our Behavior Technicians benefit from a variety of work environments, flexible schedules, and the support of our friendly management.

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home and community-based ABA therapy according to the schedule arranged with the client’s family.
• Conduct therapy sessions at the client’s home or school, ensuring a safe and positive environment while working on their goals.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality care and support.
• Log daily observations and collect data to monitor each client’s progress.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques are used.
• Contribute to a growth-oriented environment by helping children make progress and reach their potential while gaining new skills.

• Effective communication skills in English.
