We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will generate loan volume through referral networks, manage the loan process from application to closing, and deliver excellent service to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to compliance and ethical lending practices.

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other referral partners.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to loan closing.
• Collect, review, and submit required borrower documentation.
• Educate borrowers on available loan products and eligibility requirements.
• Ensure all loan files comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closing agents to achieve timely closings.
• Meet or exceed individual production and service goals.

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar sales/finance role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
