Reporting to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, this position has system level responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, treasury and cash flow management, governmental reimbursements & regulatory filings, accounts payable, fiscal policy setting, corporate financial analysis, and the coordination of strategic financial planning for the organization.
Education and CredentialsBachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA required. Master’s degree in either accounting or business administration preferred but not required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Experience10 years of experience in accounting of which five to seven years should be in a position of leadership/supervisory responsibility in healthcare finance required. Public accounting and financial leadership experience in healthcare is preferred. Constant decision making which requires above average judgment. Must be able to plan, manage, and establish and maintain morale in his/her areas of responsibility. Must understand data processing capabilities and procedures.
Must have the oral and written communication skills to work and communicate well with all levels of management both inside and outside the financial services division.
