** Overview:
** Receives mail and pulls and re-files documents and files on Institutional clients; updates tracking system on all associated activity.##

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original.  Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import.
* Pull files/documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers.  Send files/documents to the correct customer.
* Re-file files and/or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-in statements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy.
* Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.  Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
* Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
* Complete other related duties as assigned.##
** Education and Experience

Required:

** High School or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year work experience     Proficiency with personal computers     Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving skills     Good alpha/numeric skills
Demonstrated organizational skills          ##

** Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy            ##
