The Financial Center Banker is part of Branch Banking, working to provide financial options to clients through a consultative approach while expanding banking relationships.

• Performance metrics: meet or exceed targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations.
• Financial needs assessment: conduct comprehensive assessments, analyze accounts and transactions, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Operational soundness: ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; lead efficient operations and maintain security.
• Leadership of Northwest Bank culture: deliver exceptional service, address concerns promptly, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
• Customer engagement: initiate proactive conversations, build rapport and understand financial objectives.
• Relationship building: build long-term relationships, provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Compliance and regulations: adhere to all policies and mitigate risk, protect confidentiality.
• Technology: navigate Microsoft Office and department software to maximize efficiency.
• Teamwork, on‑site equipment operation, branch opening/closing tasks, other duties as requested.

• Establish effective relationships and participate in problem solving and decision making.
• Present ideas clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
• Listen actively to understand and facilitate information exchange.
• Develop action plans, tracking systems, and use resources effectively.
• Make sound decisions using judgment in gray areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

The pay range is $16.00–$22.00 per hour. Bonus and benefits are available.
