This role offers cross-border and cross-functional opportunities within a globally connected team, with support designed to develop technical tax knowledge, leadership, and business acumen.

• Research tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies
• Translate complex data from various sources into client-ready insights and deliverables
• Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored service
• Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients
• Maintain professional reputation by updating and sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring they have the necessary tools and opportunities to excel
• Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant tax, business or financial planning experience
• CPA certification or membership in The Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation
• Experience with flow-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs)
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems
• Experience with Gift, Estate and Trust tax planning and compliance is a plus
• Commitment to continuing learning
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills; ability to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to travel as needed; able to work in a balanced hybrid environment

• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with internal and client teams
