Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Member Services Supervisor to join our team at Gamewise in Linwood, New Jersey. As a Member Services Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Services team, ensuring a high level of support for players across our online gaming platforms. What will you do?- Serve as the first point of contact for agents for questions and guidance
- Lead training and assist with onboarding of new agents
- Manage escalated player issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor service levels and agent performance while conducting quality reviews of agent interactions and providing coaching to improve service standards
- Ensure agents follow company procedures, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming protocols during customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account, payment, and technical issues
- Experience in a customer service supervisor or leadership role
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment
- Experience supporting online gaming, sports book, casino, or similar digital platforms is preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Must be able to obtain required system certifications such as Zendesk and maintain them through ongoing and annual training
