Position: Member Service Supervisor 2, Gamewise

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Member Services Supervisor to join our team at Gamewise in Linwood, New Jersey. As a Member Services Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Services team, ensuring a high level of support for players across our online gaming platforms. What will you do?
  • Serve as the first point of contact for agents for questions and guidance
  • Lead training and assist with onboarding of new agents
  • Manage escalated player issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor service levels and agent performance while conducting quality reviews of agent interactions and providing coaching to improve service standards
  • Ensure agents follow company procedures, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming protocols during customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account, payment, and technical issues
More about you
  • Experience in a customer service supervisor or leadership role
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment
  • Experience supporting online gaming, sports book, casino, or similar digital platforms is preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • Must be able to obtain required system certifications such as Zendesk and maintain them through ongoing and annual training
