Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Project Manager to lead transportation and civil engineering projects from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in transportation engineering, civil infrastructure, and project management who thrives in a leadership environment and enjoys delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities- Successfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
- Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
- Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting client relationships.
- Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
- Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.

Requirements- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded highway, bridge or traffic projects
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it Demonstrated success in developing trusted, long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office;
Micro Station preferred - Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred

- Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.

$120,000-$155,000
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. The listed salary range does not guarantee specific pay or reflect total compensation and excludes the value of benefits.
