** Our team in the SDG Space Sector’s Actuation and Avionics Business Unit is looking for an
** Engineering Technician for the Electrical Process Engineering Group
** to provide engineering leadership to our team. You will report directly to the Senior Process Engineering Manager.
** Day- to-Day Responsibilities:
*** Collaborate with Engineers and operations to maintain product velocity.
* Author, edit, and maintain product specific and process work instructions.
* Investigate and disposition e-HR anomalies.
* Assist engineering with experiments, qualifications, and investigations.
* Provide standardized work instructions and preventative maintenance plans for equipment.
* Any other tasks that may be needed to ensure product quality and integrity.
** Here are the skills you’ll bring with you…
*** Experience in circuit card, cable or electronic box build manufacturing.
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) with 2+ years of relevant technical experience or an Associate’s Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) with 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
* Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY (remote candidates will not be considered).
** Preferred Skills…
*** Electrical Process Engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
* Ability to work both collaboratively and individually to complete tasks and projects.
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of Moog systems, including Teamcenter, iWI-N, TipQAThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
