As an intern in Operations, you will work with operating technicians and salaried employees to collect data and learn the manufacturing process. You will collaborate on process improvement opportunities, coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and other resources, and prepare reports to communicate results. You will also manage projects from scope development to implementation, commissioning, and verification.

This role provides meaningful experience in reporting systems and processes, relationship management, cost management, and researching plant upgrade initiatives.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $23.50

• Educational background in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial engineering preferred)
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong problem-solving skills, including data collection, analysis, and drawing valid conclusions
• Ability to work in both office and plant environments following safety procedures
