Our client, a leading organization in Automotive manufacturing and industrial production, is seeking an Industrial Engineer 2 to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer 2, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and quality assurance teams.

• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability standards.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to optimize efficiency.
• Recommend improvements for personnel, material, and utilities utilization.
• Plan and establish sequences of operations for fabrication and assembly processes.
• Apply statistical methods and perform calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Auto Cad and familiarity with engineering drawings and technical plans.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic production needs.

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $37.12 per hour.
