Required Skills & Certifications (Mandatory)
- Aruba Wireless expertise
- Aruba ACMA / ACMP Required
- Aruba Clear Pass ACCX Required
- Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise wireless LAN operations
- Experience supporting large‑scale wireless networks
- Expertise in wireless troubleshooting, performance optimization, and monitoring
- Hands‑on with Aruba controllers, access points, and Clear Pass Policy Manager
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and access control (NAC)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, and security issues
- Manage and maintain Aruba wireless controllers and Clear Pass
- Support network incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management
- Collaborate with network, security, and operations teams
- Participate in change management and maintenance activities
- Ensure high availability and performance of wireless services
Nice to Have
- Experience in network operations / NOC environments
- Exposure to hybrid onsite/offshore team models
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
