Fisher Associates is a multidisciplinary design services firm headquartered in Rochester, NY, with eight locations nationwide. The firm provides civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast engineering and construction engineering services to public and private sector clients across numerous markets.

• Execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
• Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
• Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards.
• Support cost estimation for materials.
• Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.

Salary Range $72,000‑$85,000

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promise any specific pay for any specific employee. • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred
• 0‑5 years minimum of transportation/structural experience preferred
• Concrete design engineering course or design experience preferred
• EIT or ability to obtain it
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D
