Adjunct Organic​/Bioorganic Chemistry Lab Instructor

The Natural Science department invites applications for a one-semester adjunct teaching position to teach Organic Chemistry labs and/or Bioorganic Chemistry labs for Spring 2025. Applicants may teach one or multiple sections of labs. Please indicate your teaching load preference in your letter of interest. All applicants must be willing and able to teach in face-to-face modality.

Salary: $1537.50 per semester.

• Master's degree in chemistry or a related discipline is required.

• Experience with common organic and biochemistry lab techniques.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and common hazards in an organic and biochemistry lab.
• Demonstrates analytical and organizational skills necessary to plan, implement and evaluate educational activities to assure compliance with established goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, necessary to interact effectively with all university constituents.
