School Monitor PT - Hoover Elementary School

Hours

10:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. (3 hours per day, 15 hours per week) - 10 month duty schedule

Managing order and cleanliness in the cafeteria, supervising students in hallways and in classroom settings; monitoring point of entry doorways and log-in visitors in building when needed.

Ability to direct large numbers of students and maintain an orderly, quiet environment; adherence to the cleanliness of the environment; ability to gain and hold the confidence of and maintain a patient and understanding attitude toward school children; ability to maintain order and to enforce school regulations with firmness; ability to lift and carry cafeteria supplies and materials, must possess team player abilities and experience working with children.
