Training Development Specialist – Mission:
Ignite

The Training Development Specialist will assist with the development, design, and implementation of new curricula for the Tech
360 Program, ensuring alignment with the program’s learning objectives and standards.

• Analyze existing curriculum and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain communication among Mission:
  Ignite staff, trainers, site supervisors, and Tech
  360 stakeholders.
• Conduct surveys among stakeholders to understand learning needs.
• Select appropriate content and organize it into a logical sequence.
• Develop learning objectives and outcomes aligned with Tech
  360 standards.
• Design engaging instructional activities and assessments, considering learning styles and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Mission:
  Ignite and site supervisors to promote the Tech
  360 Program.
• Support other departments and program staff as necessary to ensure alignment with Tech
  360 duties.

Ameri Corps members are crucial personnel needed to fulfill the goals of Mission:
Ignite’s programs. As ambassadors for the mission, Ameri Corps members will participate in professional development, training opportunities, volunteer work, and network building.
