Were thrilled to invite a fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our NAPBC-accredited breast center in Buffalo, New York a region known for its strong medical community, exceptional quality of life, and tight-knit professional networks.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative, patient-centered, and professionally fulfilling practice, where your expertise will be supported and valued. Youll work alongside two fellowship-trained breast surgeons and two experienced, full-time mid-level providers in a growing center dedicated to excellence benign and malignant breast disease management.

Position Highlights

• Scope of Practice: 100% Breast, including call!
• Exceptional Clinical Support:
  Each Breast Surgeon is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant. Youll also work alongside a robust team of mid-level providers, including an experienced Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner. Seamless partnership with Windsong Radiology, the largest radiology group in Western New York, offering: On-site mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and image-guided biopsies
• Desirable Practice Setting:
  Join an NAPBC Accredited Breast Center of Excellence with a well-established, high-volume patient base and a strong referral network.
• Work-Life Balance:
  All-inclusive 7 weeks of PTO. Very light and manageable call (rarely are you ever called in)
• Schedule: 2 OR days, 3 clinic days
• Equipment and Software: Work with the latest innovations, including a brand-new localization system and cutting-edge imaging technology. EMR:

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation:
  Competitive base salary with RVU production model ($350k+ earning potential!)

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Licensure:
  Licensed or ability to obtain license in the state of NY
• Training:
  Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery. Proficient in benign and malignant breast surgery including Oncoplasty
• Certification:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience:
  Open to new grads
