Responsibilities
- Provide primary healthcare, including history taking, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform procedures such as immunizations, wound suturing, and prescribe medications while advising patients on health and prevention.
- Respond to emergencies, educate patients, keep records, and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with a care team, support patient self‑management, and adhere to safety and organizational standards.
- MD or DO with an accredited residency.
- Valid New York State medical license.
- BC/BE status preferred.
- Willingness to relocate or travel.
- Full‑time position with a base salary of $220,000‑$240,000.
- In‑person work required in Cortland, NY, with some travel.
