As Senior Architect , you’ll guide projects from vision to reality, and work with talented colleagues to turn concepts into meaningful spaces across public, commercial, and educational sectors.

• Spearhead projects that shape cities and enhance public infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work out of Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and NYC. (Hybrid or remote depending on location.)
• Opportunity to mentor junior staff and foster the next generation of design leaders.
• Salary range flexible based on location: $80,000–$125,000 per year.

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction.
• Manage client relationships and align designs with their expectations.
• Direct interdisciplinary teams and oversee subconsultants.
• Develop and review detailed contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Licensed Architect in NYS preferred.
• Experienced in public-sector work across industrial, commercial, and educational (K-12, college) domains.
• Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Possess strong communication and visual presentation skills.
