Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Customer Success Representative (temp) to join their team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting cross‑functional internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem‑solving ability, and flexibility, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Temporary Customer Success Representative
Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $24/hour
What’s the Job?- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive solutions and elevate customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Handle incoming telephone calls, providing assistance or routing callers appropriately
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to multitask under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- SAP experience and intermediate–advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Hybrid work model (Remote Mon/Fri, Onsite Tue–Thu)
- Opportunity to support a high‑impact customer‑facing team
- Professional experience with SAP and advanced Excel
- Hands‑on experience resolving real customer issues and improving service processes
- Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with operations, logistics, and customer service teams
