The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external Copart customers. The CSR is the primary point of contact for vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations, and may also support chat and email customer support. The CSR offers solutions that aid customers and ensures a unique service experience while handling other office support functions as needed.
Responsibilities• Obtain release of vehicles located at body shops or other locations, including residences.
• Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, follow‑up).
• Resolve customer issues on the call and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
- One year of office support or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with office equipment and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Typing speed 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
$18.00 – $20. per hour
