Who we are looking forWe are seeking a Video Content Producer to join our growing marketing team and take ownership of video production across our brand platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a digital storyteller and enjoys capturing real moments, producing compelling content, and bringing ideas to life through video.
This role is video-first, responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality content that powers our social channels, podcast, brand storytelling, and community initiatives. The role also includes supporting graphic design and visual content creation as part of the broader marketing team.
This is not a traditional corporate video role. Our marketing approach prioritizes authentic storytelling, founder-driven content, community involvement, and high-quality digital content designed to stand out in an industry not typically known for bold marketing.

This role is fully in person and based in our Buffalo office.
Key responsibilities include- Capture and produce high-quality video content across firm initiatives including brand storytelling, social media, interviews, podcast production, and community initiatives.
- Shoot video both in-office and on location for marketing campaigns, firm events, community initiatives, and day-to‑day content opportunities.
- Edit video content optimized for social media platforms including short‑form, vertical, and promotional formats.
- Support production and editing for the firm’s podcast, including episode content and social media breakout clips.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts and creative ideas to life through video and visual storytelling.
- Assist with graphic design tasks when needed, including social graphics, marketing assets, and digital creative.
- Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and project files.
- Contribute ideas for content opportunities, storytelling angles, and creative formats.
- Assist with broader marketing initiatives as needed in support of team priorities and campaign execution.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with firm brand standards and messaging.
- Professional experience shooting and editing video content, ideally in a marketing, media, or creative environment.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience capturing high‑quality video using professional cameras or similar equipment.
