Role overview:
Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for  and  They are equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is assigned a core territory servicing  and  clients.

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing on  and
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments using photography techniques to best showcase spaces.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• Generate market coverage by navigating one-mile square grids to identify commercial real estate inventory to be photographed.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to photograph.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• At least 2 years of professional experience; real estate photography experience preferred.
• Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification (obtained within 30 days of offer).
• Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record check required prior to start.

The position is hourly plus bonus-eligible, with monthly bonuses based on performance metrics. The pay is stated as $50,000 annually, with opportunity for monthly bonuses.
