Position SummaryThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing field operations from project kickoff through completion across concrete, masonry, and general building projects of varying scale. This role oversees day-to-day site execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Coordinating subcontractors and site crews
- Maintaining project schedules
- Monitoring costs
- Supporting procurement activities
- Enforcing safety procedures
- Managing field documentation
- Overseeing submittals and approvals
- Serving as the primary on-site liaison with project owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to keep construction activities aligned and progressing efficiently
