• Develop financial models and analyses to support critical strategic decision-making
• Identify and evaluate key corporate development opportunities, supported by detailed financial analysis
• Support the Company’s strategic planning process and evaluation
• Work with cross-functional teams in business unit project evaluation and key business decisions
• Create, track and maintain updated industry comparatives and benchmarking analyses
• Maintain relationships with external parties including investment banks and industry participants

• 7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Superior financial analysis and financial modeling skills
• Proven success in creating and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external business partners
• Demonstrated accomplishments in meeting tight deadlines and in prioritizing a diverse workload
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Utility and/or energy industry experience
• Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, or capital markets

The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $165,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills.

The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
