Negotiates with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase agreements, disputes or questions related to price, delivery or specification; gathers information for use in purchasing decisions; evaluates purchasing options; places purchase orders for materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies; follows up on orders. Starting salary is $53,413.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field; or
• 2. Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time purchasing or contract management experience in a healthcare, business, or corporate environment; or
• 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time purchasing or contract management experience in a healthcare, business or corporate environment.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
