  • Manage facilities and construction spares and commodities of stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.

  • Lead sourcing efforts for electrical, mechanical, janitorial, and construction commodities, including facilities and construction services, while maintaining supplier relationships.

  • Conduct market research and spend analysis to develop informed sourcing strategies, pre‑qualify suppliers, and negotiate cost reduction opportunities.

  • Implement global/regional agreements to consolidate suppliers, analyze historical and projected spend, and optimize contracts for cost‑effective pricing.

  • Drive cost‑saving initiatives through benchmarking, competitive quoting, and “Lean” practices, while supporting purchase order reconciliation and resolving commercial issues with vendors.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing and project management for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or mission‑critical construction projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Acrobat, with strong analytical and decision‑making skills.

  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, opportunity analysis, contract negotiations, and managing various contract types (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost‑plus, T&M).

  • Proven ability to identify cost drivers, resolve supplier or business process issues, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage detailed transactions, track progress, and handle multiple tasks independently.

  • Self‑motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience in building and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.
