A growing mechanical company in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Service Coordinator to help manage the daily scheduling and coordination of commercial service technicians to serve their customer base. This role is highly customer-facing and plays a key part in ensuring clients receive timely, professional support when they need it most. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who can remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused while communicating clearly with both customers and technicians.

This is an in-person position in Buffalo, NY
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of commercial service technicians
- Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding service requests and technician availability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing service support
- Prioritize service calls and adjust technician schedules throughout the day
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, scheduling updates, and customer communication
- Assist with data entry, billing coordination, and administrative tracking related to service work
- Identify potential issues or scheduling gaps and help develop solutions proactively
- Communicate clearly with technicians and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Customer service–facing experience required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
- Comfortable working with technology, data entry, and internal systems
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or hands‑on industries is a plus
