Workforce Management Scheduler - Phlebotomy - Buffalo, NY, Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with rotational weekends

Pay range: $22.65 - $33.98 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsible for handling staff callouts, coordination, and allocation of staff resources on a day-to-day basis to ensure all PSC and IOPs are staffed appropriately.
- Team Coordination:
Imports optimal schedules into the systems and assigns employees to locations/shifts to optimize resources. Manages daily absences and coordinates float coverage to fill uncovered shifts. - Organizational Skills/attention to detail/data analysis:
Codes employee's absences in Oracle Scheduling/HR systems and tracks individual employee attendance trends for supervisors. Ensures breaks, lunches, and training time are appropriately entered into the schedules. - Communication/collaboration:
Works closely with supervisors/managers on weekday & Saturday rotations to minimize overtime. Updates supervisors so they can ensure IOP clients are updated on any staffing changes. - Problem solving/Decision Making:
Assists in monitoring patient wait times/appointment availability and adjusts available staffing as appropriate.
- Required
Work Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Skills:
Strong knowledge/proficiency of staffing tools;
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize. - Required:
Travel up to 25%;
High School Diploma or Equivalent. - Education:

Travel Required.
