Job Requirements
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ISO 9001 Quality Management documentation within the organization. This role ensures that documents—both electronic and hard copy—are accurately created, tracked, filed, and distributed. The position requires coordinating document revisions, maintaining version control, storage and access, and supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Work Experience- Associate’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
- Two (2) years of proven experience in document control or administrative support in relevant industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, version control, and compliance standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with audit support, regulatory compliance, or quality control systems is a plus
