This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Buffalo, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the legal team, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling correspondence, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and maintaining records and schedules. Additional responsibilities include clerical support, scheduling appointments, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations.

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Communication skills and professional Etiquette
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Ability to perform office management and scheduling tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous administrative or office management experience is a plus
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field preferred
