Who we are looking for:

Individuals are expected to possess basic administrative skills. Become proficient in operating within Salesforce and Net Suite, which will be utilized in managing the titles. Attention to detail is paramount in ensuring that titles are handled correctly to our ACV Capital floorplan dealers the individual must have administrative skills and attention to details. The Floorplan Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling daily title processing including but not limited to reviewing, scanning, filing, and sending titles.

Also handling customer inquiries, and general reporting. Floorplan title associates will be responsible for ensuring these responsibilities are handled within established cutoff times while maintaining above average customer service.

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Responsible for preparation and the shipping of Fed Ex shipments
  • Scan Titles into our systems
  • Separating and filing titles
  • Ensure prompt follow-up is maintained in title processing and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interface directly with Salesforce and Net Suite to track titles as well as handle all questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

What you will need:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months in an administrative position.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
