Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Create, distribute, and track customer invoices and account statements
- Monitor accounts for overdue balances, discrepancies, or irregular activity
- Research and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate accounts receivable records
- Prepare routine reports related to receivables and collections
- Support month- and year-end close activities and ad hoc projects
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting function
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Job
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
