Tax Associate – H’R Block

Join us as a Tax Associate and play a key role in delivering top‑quality tax services to our clients. Your expertise will help open doors for our partner communities and reinforce our commitment to helping people achieve confidence in their financial futures.

• Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual client interviews using video, phone, chat and email tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate federal and state personal and small‑business tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and assistance.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise through continuous training and mentorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H’R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
