Outside Lumber Yard Team Member at Menards

Immediate openings available. This role plays an important part in the customer experience by maintaining a fun, fast, and friendly service culture within the Outside Yard. Team members assist customers, support sales departments, and load/unload trucks using motorized equipment while helping transfer incoming product to the sales floor.

• Assist customers and support sales departments.
• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment.
• Transfer incoming product to the sales floor.
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in on‑job training and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Estimated range: $78,000 – $156,000 annually.
