Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during the shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers.;
Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team is meeting standards, safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.;
Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shift, completing paperwork timely, and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.;
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:
Food Safety, Internal Communication, Managing team members, Exceptional Customer Service including digital ordering, Quality Food Production, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Training, Safety and Security, Inventory Management, People Practices (Supporting Recruitment, Retention, Engagement, Etc.)
