To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CNC Mill Machinist located in Buffalo Grove IL.

• Operates multiple CNC milling machines to produce tight tolerance, complex parts.
• Perform complex machine set-ups, adjust speeds, feeds, and do basic program editing to ensure that parts are made to the correct specifications and tolerance.
• Inspect machined parts against blueprints and 3D models.
• Machine and inspect parts within .0002”
• Fill out inspection reports accurately.

• Advanced knowledge of CNC milling machines.
• Advanced knowledge of modifying speeds and feeds.
• Advanced knowledge of milling cutters
• Ability to operate multiple machines.
• Knowledge of machine editing.
• Advanced inspection skills.
• Advanced blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to interrogate 3D models and blueprints.
• Basic Knowledge of injection molds and components.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with very limited supervision.
• Able to do preventative maintenance on machines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to details are critically important.
• Knowledge of Makino, Roders, Mikron, or Mazak machining centers is preferred.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois) $29.86 USD - $41.06 USD
