Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic will support production and facility operations through the execution of preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance systems, ability to work independently, and experience coordinating maintenance programs. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and PLC controls. Motor mechanical skills are a PLUS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related maintenance on production equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and complete timely, high-quality repairs.
• Maintain accurate parts lists for all machinery.
• Coordinate installations and repairs using computerized maintenance systems.
• Review PM work completed by contractors to ensure reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with supervisors to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Assist in developing long- and short-term maintenance improvement plans.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical maintenance and repair background.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, mechanical components, and PLC controls.
• Motor mechanical skills are a major plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency (CMMS experience highly preferred).

Schedule:

• 1st Shift | 8-hour shift
• Monday-Friday
• Salary range: $28.00 - $31.00
