What You Will DoThe Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst will partner with the customer and internal supply chain teams to help optimize the end‑to‑end supply chain with a focus on network cost and service. The Analyst will process customer orders, build efficient truck loads, and conduct detailed analysis on product flow and supply chain opportunities using advanced systems and process‑excellence tools. Process improvements will be implemented through cross‑functional collaboration and by partnering with customers to drive achievement of organizational metrics and customer goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct all order processing functions for key customers from order maintenance to efficient truck building to support on‑time and in‑full delivery.
- Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business and meet expectations.
- Lead in identifying, planning, and implementing end‑to‑end solutions that improve service and cost, or implement new capabilities.
- Deliver innovation to enable business through effective use of technology.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns, Kenvue network, and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies.
- Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures.
- Participate in the design and lead customer‑specific supply chain joint business planning, and Retail Customer Logistics’ Strategic Tactics which further our mission of being a best‑in‑class customer‑facing supply chain organization.
- Find opportunities and lead improvement projects to develop transportation solutions that improve on‑time delivery and drive profitable growth through logistics, replenishment, and policy optimization.
- Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions.
- Learn and utilize new technology to drive proactive business planning, accurate and timely analytics, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions using process‑excellence tools and methodologies that help shape our programmatic approach within the end‑to‑end supply chain.
- Utilize Microsoft and other advanced analytics applications, data mining, and business applications such as SAP, BW, EDI, Celonis, and ERP systems.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision making and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects with strong prioritization and time‑management capabilities.
- Expertise in advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, and Access.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms including Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel functionalities including VBA/macros.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain methodologies and process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations that drive customer‑centric supply‑chain enhancements.
- Proven capability to design and implement supply‑chain initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends.
