Licensed Therapist

NuLife Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Therapist (LSW or LPC) to join our growing IOP/PHP program. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a balance of group facilitation, individual therapy, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate IOP and PHP group therapy sessions (mental health and/or co-occurring disorders)
• Provide individual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and supervision as required
• Maintain ethical, professional, and licensing standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Active license as an LSW or LPC (state-appropriate)
• Experience in IOP or PHP preferred (but not required)
• Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Experience with substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorders is a plus
