Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, cost analysis, and performance tracking within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a production-focused environment.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance

• Support the monthly close process and prepare journal entries related to inventory, labor, and overhead

• Partner with plant and operations teams to provide financial insights on cost drivers and process improvements

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models for operations and capital expenditures

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports

• Perform ad-hoc analysis on profitability, product margins, and efficiency initiatives

• Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation and standard cost updates

• Support internal controls and assist with audits as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
