- Develop validation test cases and plans.
- Support equipment design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers.
- Engage with equipment suppliers from Design through Site Acceptance phases of projects.
- Support molding & automation/ Software engineering
- Collaborate with a quality team during the development of validation protocols, reports and approvals.
- Review, analyze, and provide recommendations for validation test data (including the ability to interpreted results from Test Method Validation like Gage R&R, process capability, etc.)
- Write deviations and provide guidance on resolving deviations and rationalizing engineering changes (ECO) associated with validation activities Provide on-site support at equipment suppliers sites during machine build, debug and testing/qualification. Supervise installation and testing to verify requirements and specifications are met.
- Draft qualification protocols & reports and manage qualification activities.
