Compensation: $25-40/hour, based on industry experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely phone support.
- Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
- Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database.
- Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concise.
- Maintain an neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is needed.

- Relocation is not provided.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor controlled equipment
- MS-Office
- General personal computer knowledge, ERP experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Frequent travel - 50-75% (Most travel consists of overnight stays)
