• Spearhead the design, development, and validation of battery systems, collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
• Develop and execute robust test plans for cells, packs, and integrated products, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
• Analyze complex test data, generate actionable reports, and recommend improvements to enhance product performance and safety.
• Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring all system requirements are met.
• Lead root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for product and process improvements.
• Stay current with the latest trends in battery technology, regulatory compliance, and market innovations.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering on aggressive timelines.
• Provide technical guidance on material selection, thermal management, and system integration.
• Maintain and improve engineering documentation to support quality manufacturing and product integration.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in battery systems engineering, with a strong focus on lithium‑ion technology.
• Deep understanding of battery management systems, charging strategies, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, solve technical challenges, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and leading technical discussions independently.

$80,000 - $110,000
