Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction operations experience, particularly in supervising multi-family residential construction projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities; proactive self-starter who promotes teamwork and high performance standards.

Effective communication skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and present project status to clients and stakeholders confidently. - Organizational
Skills:
Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, emphasizing multitasking and attention to detail. - Scheduling Software Proficiency: Capable of constructing and maintaining project schedules using scheduling software, with experience in Primavera v6.
- Project Oversight: Drive successful project results from preconstruction through final closeout for multi-family construction projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.
- Compliance: Ensure all safety compliance and quality programs are effectively executed on-site.
- Client Representation: Act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local governing bodies.
- Team Management: Oversee the performance of on-site personnel, including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors.
- Schedule Management: Maintain strict control over project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery and profitability.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of subcontractors and site staff to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate project documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
- Mentorship: Mentor and train junior staff to foster their career development and growth within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative solutions and actively contribute to initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement Programs, and Lean Construction.
- Competitive salary - ranging from $120,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience.
