• Use Accuterm, scheduling tools, ticket writing, credit memos, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Process orders accurately and research sales history when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years proven experience in customer or client success roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delighting customers with above‑and‑beyond service.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a plus.
