• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; sort freight and push stock to the salesfloor; locate merchandise in the backroom as required.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Re-merchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing for clearance merchandising as needed.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor as required.
• Operate in a safe manner and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards where applicable.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws, including adult beverage regulations where relevant.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely; capable of lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance as needed.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
